Citing Punchbowl News, Bitcoin Magazine said Armstrong is expected to speak to Senate Republicans on Wednesday, while the vote on the bill is scheduled for Thursday.
The bill is designed to establish a clearer regulatory framework for the cryptocurrency market in the United States, drawing significant attention from the industry.

The Ethereum Foundation has disclosed the launch of the Glamssterdam devnet for its next upgrade, along with progress on key technologies.
According to Odaily, the foundation shared outcomes from a recent core developer interoperability meeting held in Svalbard, Norway, stating that consensus was reached on the trust path beyond Glamssterdam.
On the execution layer, ePBS, an external proposer-builder separation design, has been operating stably on the multi-client Glamssterdam devnet, while the external block builder process has completed end-to-end testing across most client implementations.
EIP-8037 has been finalized and adopts the fixed cost_per_state_byte model, while repricing-related parameters have been calculated on bal-devnet-6.
Progress was also made on Hegota, the scaling roadmap. FOCIL-related prototypes have entered the stage of practical implementation, and the scope of account abstraction requirements has been defined, with multi-client devnet validation planned for the next stage.
The foundation said current development is focused on finalizing Glamssterdam, while Hegota scaling design and follow-up roadmap work are being advanced in parallel.
