Question 1

Why TokenPost instead of a local Korean PR agency?

Accepted Answer

Most Korean PR agencies pitch outlets they don't own. TokenPost is the outlet. We're Korea's largest dedicated crypto media (5.2M monthly readers, #1 on NAVER for crypto since 2021). Guaranteed placements, no middlemen markup, editorial-quality localization.

Question 2

Do you guarantee CEX listings?

Accepted Answer

We don't guarantee listings, since exchanges hold the final decision. We do guarantee structured advisory on listing requirements, direct introductions to BD teams at Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone and Binance KR, and a documented track record (Clearpool, Open Ledger, Orderly, SOON, OG, Falcon all listed within 1–6 months of engagement).

Question 3

What is the typical engagement length and minimum?

Accepted Answer

Most clients run 3 to 6 month campaigns. One-off press releases are available, but meaningful outcomes (narrative shift, KOL traction, listing momentum) require 90 days minimum. Long-term retainer clients (6+ months) get prioritized editorial slots.

Question 4

Which Korean media outlets do you actually reach?

Accepted Answer

TokenPost itself. We own and operate Korea's largest dedicated crypto media directly: 5.2M monthly readers, #1 on NAVER and Google for crypto keywords. Guaranteed placement on our own channel without depending on external outlets is the core differentiator.

Question 5

Do you accept stablecoin payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. USDT (TRC20/ERC20), USDC, and bank wire (USD/KRW) are all supported. Payment terms are typically 50% upfront, 50% on milestone delivery. Retainer engagements offer monthly billing.

Question 6

Do we need a Korean-speaking team member to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No. Our account leads are fully bilingual (EN/KR) and the entire client journey runs in English: Slack/Telegram updates, monthly reports, and weekly calls. Our editors handle Korean content production end-to-end.
